Public Service
The Victorian Public Service Agreement 2006 (2009 extended and varied version) (referred to as the VPS Agreement 2006 on HR Web) sets out all terms and conditions of employment that apply to VPS employees. This agreement and the Department specific attachment (Appendix 5) can be accessed by selecting the relevant links below.
Appendix 5 of the VPS Agreement relates specifically to employment arrangements for VPS employees within the Emergency and Security Management Unit, standby allowances for VPS employees within the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority, and employment arrangements for Senior Medical Advisors.
VPS employees who are employed as school nurses (including employees in the Maternal and Child Health Information Line) are covered by a separate industrial agreement – Nurses (Department of Education and Early Childhood Development) Agreement 2008.
